It is particularly suited for breeding purposes and its wool is used to produce the world-famous Tuxer Loden cloth. The Tuxer Janker", which is an important component of the national costume - called Zillertaler Tracht"- is made out of the Tuxer Loden. A mighty ramīs head decorates the Tux coat of arms since 1974. |
