Entertainment and getting together top the summer list of things to do: open-air concerts (for example of the local brass band), theatre, (open-air) multimedia dia-shows, village and alp festivals, amusing mountain cabin afternoons, Ziller Valley folklore evenings as well as dancing in the inns and discotheques, and much more. Last but not least: the Tux-Triathlon (end of July) with a combined competition of mountainbiking, running and paragliding and a big village festival Traditional Hit „Hintertuxer Oktoberfest" (festival in a tent at the last weekend in September) On Friday and Saturday you can watch the cows and sheep coming down from the alps. There is also an extensive program with sheep shearing, farmers-market on Saturday as well as entertainment with local music-bands and dancing in the tent. Fun is guaranteed!	Entertainment
Children	In July and August the special program for children "KINDERPROGRAMM" has something interesting for every child: kid-style mountain climbing with a mountain guide, hiking tour to the mill of Tux , guided mountain-tours, looking for minerals, skiing or snowboarding on the glacier, tennis with tennis instructors and a big children's fun festival.
